We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented Sales Engineer/ Specialist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong focus on the healthcare industry and solution selling experience. This role is critical to our success and requires a high-energy individual with exceptional sales acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategically plan and execute sales strategies to optimize time investment and territory/ segment coverage.
• Foster relationships with existing and potential clients, facilitating sales through a personalized approach.
• Showcase our products and services to clients, both in-person and via phone, guiding them to select solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical services to streamline sales efforts.
• Conduct thorough analyses of market potential and client value, strategizing to maximize returns.
• Craft compelling proposals and quotations to address client needs and preferences.
• Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and conventions to showcase our offerings and network with stakeholders.
• Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Leverage insights to highlight the advantages of our products/services compared to competitors.
• Provide comprehensive reports to management on client feedback, market trends, and potential opportunities for new products/services.
• Stay updated on product applications, technical advancements, market dynamics, and competitor activities through continuous learning and collaboration with relevant departments.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or automation field.
• Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
