  - Business Strategy & Leadership
  - Define and execute business strategies aligned with corporate and regional objectives
  - Set annual business plans, budgets, KPIs, and performance targets
  - Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and product development initiatives
  
  - Operations & Manufacturing Management
  - Oversee chemical manufacturing, production planning, maintenance, and supply chain
  - Ensure production efficiency, yield improvement, and cost optimization
  - Drive continuous improvement (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar initiatives)
  
  - Health, Safety, Environment & Regulatory Compliance (HSE)
  - Ensure strict compliance with chemical safety, environmental, and occupational health regulations
  - Implement and maintain HSE systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Responsible Care, etc.)
  - Act as the accountable leader for process safety, hazardous material handling, and emergency response
  
  - Quality & Product Stewardship
  - Ensure product quality meets customer, regulatory, and internal standards
  - Oversee quality systems (ISO 9001, GMP if applicable)
  - Manage product lifecycle, formulation control, and technical documentation (SDS, COA, labeling)
  
  - Financial & Commercial Management
  - Full responsibility for P&L, budgeting, cost control, and profitability
  - Monitor raw material costs, pricing strategy, and margin management
  - Review and approve major capital investments and operational expenditures
  
  - Sales, Marketing & Customer Management
  - Support sales and marketing strategies for chemical products and solutions
  - Maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners
  - Handle major commercial negotiations and customer escalations
  
  - People & Organization Development
  - Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and department heads
  - Build a strong safety-first and performance-driven culture
  - Ensure talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability building
  
  - Supply Chain & Procurement
  - Oversee procurement of raw materials, chemicals, and utilities
  - Ensure reliable supplier management, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation
  - Manage inventory, logistics, and regulatory-compliant transportation
  
  - Governance, Risk & Reporting
  - Ensure compliance with corporate governance, internal controls, and legal requirements
  - Identify and manage operational, financial, and regulatory risks
  - Report business performance to Group / Board / Regional Management
