Key Responsibilities
- PMO & ecosystem management
- Lead enterprise transformation programs across Group companies
- Assess business maturity and identify transformation opportunities
- Manage multi-stakeholder transformation projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ecosystem partners
- Ensure alignment across business, technology, and operations (manage budgets, schedules, risks, and executive reporting)
- Business development (identify new transformation opportunities within Group companies)
- Build relationships with business executives; develop proposals and business cases
- Support strategic partnerships with technology providers

・7-10 years in Business Development, Consulting, PMO or Project Management
・Experience managing enterprise transformation projects (Especially in IT industry)
・Business-level English
