Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute business and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities
- Propose strategic initiatives to expand customer base and generate new revenue streams
- Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding marketing and business expansion opportunities
Business Development & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners (B2B)
- Initiate, coordinate, and negotiate business partnerships, MOU agreements, and collaborations with companies, organizations, and external partners
- Develop and execute plans to expand corporate accounts and key client relationships
- Identify opportunities for Corporate Packages and Employee Benefits Programs with partner organizations
Marketing & Commercial Planning
- Collaborate with related teams to develop marketing campaigns and commercial activities
- Analyze marketing performance and optimize strategies based on data and market insights
- Support brand growth and strengthen overall business positioning

応募条件
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Marketing, Partnership Management, or related functions
- Experience in B2B sales or corporate partnership development is highly preferred
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Experience in Healthcare, Clinic, Dental, or related industries is a strong advantage英語
