[Job summary]
- Empower clients to maximize the potential of Cloud platform through engaging training sessions and creative usage recommendations
- Provide top-notch customer support in Thai and English across various channels (onsite meeting, online meeting, email, phone, LINE, etc)
- Drive customer satisfaction and success through proactive follow-ups and consultations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support materials and product localization
- Train users how to use the app & recommend usage ideas (Online & On-site)
- Follow-up & provide consulting support to ensure successful usage
- Continuously create & update support materials
- Translation for any announcement, language in the app etc.

応募条件
[Must]
- Bachelor's degree in any filed
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success, sales, or support roles
- Familiarity with SaaS or technology-related fields (a plus)
[Advantage]
- Having experience in the SaaS/Technology-related fields
- Having experience of studying abroad in an English-speaking country
- Having knowledge of Japanese language (JLPT N3)英語
