  [Job Summary]
  - Analyze, collect data, survey suitable locations for opening new branches, and propose rental space to the executives to expand branches within the specified time.
  - Contact and coordinate with the lessor or project owner to negotiate various terms and conditions of the lease contract, such as operating hours, rental fees, etc.
  - Establish good relationships with lessors, project owners and all relevant personnel for the benefit and smoothness of operations.
  - Coordinate with relevant parties after agreeing to rent the space, such as contractors, construction-design departments, and project representatives, etc., to be able to open the business on the specified time.
  - Regularly report progress of work results.
  - Investigate information and activities of other stores in the same business.
  - Perform other tasks as assigned.
