    <Products: Design and Consulting about Constructer >
    <Clients: Japanese Company / Thai company>

    - Responsible for finding new client and maintain existing client
    - Develop new Japanese/Thai clients and get projects
    - Proactively seek new opportunities, Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
    - Discuss about the potential clients with team members
    - Responsible for the market research , Collect necessary information by searching in Internet to find potential candidates
    - Making appointment and meet with potential client to introduce company profile, services and achievement
    - Make cold calls
    - Visit clients site and hear requirements
    - Prepare necessary documents such as quotations or proposal materials
    - Sometimes visit construction site to check the progress
    - Communicate with oversea branch about the project
    - Other tasks as assigned

  • 応募条件

    <Must>
    - At least 2 year experience as Sales/Marketing
    - Business level of Japanese (N2 up)
    - Conversational high level of English
    - Good skills in communications, contract negotiation and presentation to business partners and management
    - Person who is willing to learn new things

    <Better>
    - Have strong skill of finding new client
    - Have experience work in Construction or Architecture business
