Job Description
Internal & External Coordination-Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including clients, venues, AV providers, printing companies, transportation, and booth contractors.-Schedule meetings, coordinate business discussions, and follow up on project progress to ensure timely delivery.Research & Documentation-Research and compile information on clients, partners, and service providers.-Prepare project documents, work trackers, Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and maintain organized project files.Project Planning & Monitoring-Support PL/PM with work planning, manpower allocation, and risk management.-Track assigned tasks and support team members in resolving operational issues.Project & Event Support-Report project progress, issues, and risks to the PM/PL.-Support on-site events by preparing equipment, materials, schedules, and coordinating with the team.
