1. Supply Strategy Implementation-Collaborate with industry partners to develop a robust supply chain.-Ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.2. Sales Forecasting and Estimation- Sales Quantity Estimation-Estimate sales based on historical data, market trends, and upcoming promotions.- Adjust forecasts based on Year 1 performance, customer feedback, and industry shifts.3. Building a Profitable Selection-Stock Target Setting ,Align stock targets with the validated commercial business plan.-Target Stock Levels: Maintain 2-month supply based on sales forecasts4. Forecasting Sales and Purchases-Regularly adapt sales forecasts based on market feedback and season performance.-Utilize advanced data analytics tools for reliable purchase forecasting.5. Driving Sport Profitability-Commercial Activity Estimation-Analyze turnover, sales quantity, and margin on a weekly basis to identify top and flop products.-Proactively manage stock levels to optimize product availability and minimize waste.6.
