- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for high-end clients across Asia, ensuring seamless execution- Coordinate confirmed bookings with hotels, ryokans, guides, restaurants, and transportation providers- Act as the main point of contact with vendors to confirm services, resolve issues, and maintain strong partnerships- Prepare accurate quotations for new requests and update pricing for revised itineraries- Handle reservations including accommodations, transportation, dining, and travel activities- Monitor payment timelines and coordinate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy of trip-related financials- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Service) to align client requirements and trip execution- Identify potential risks or issues in itineraries and proactively escalate for review and improvement
