[Key Responsibilities]- Design and develop plastic injection molds using CAD/CAM software.- Prepare machining programs using software such as CAMTOOL, Siemens NX, or equivalent CAD/CAM applications.- Create and revise engineering drawings according to production requirements.- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth mold manufacturing processes.- Monitor manufacturing progress and support troubleshooting during production.- Ensure mold quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with engineering specifications.- Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to improve manufacturing efficiency.- Support continuous improvement activities related to mold design and production.
