• Job Description

  - Improve manufacturing process to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
  - Analyze production problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  - Monitor machine performance and equipment condition to improve reliability and availability.
  - Support new model launch, machine installation, prepare production-related documents and production line improvement projects.
  - Design and improve jigs, fixtures and work standards to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  - Coordinate with related departments and overseas factories for engineering activities.
  - Achieve department KPIs in Productivity, quality, Cost and Delivery (PQCD).
  - Execute cost reduction and productivity improvement projects to achieve annual targets.
  - Support production transfer and new model launches to ensure stable quality and on time delivery.
  - Complete engineering projects within the planned schedule and budget.
