Job Description
・Track project performance from Q（Quality）、C(Cost）、D(Delivery）perspectives.
・Monitor project progress and follow up on open issues.
・Identify project risks and issues, propose countermeasures, and escalate critical topics when necessary.
・Prepare project status reports and presentation materials.
・Coordinate project activities among related departments.
・Support project review, approval, and lessons-learned activities.
・Support for projects aimed at improving work efficiency (projects that leverage IT to enhance work efficiency)
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a project management position
【Advantage】
- Understanding of the product development process, design review, prototype evaluation, and mass production preparation
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate [Desktop, Cloud])
- Experience using Project management tools (such as iQUAVIS, Asana, Microsoft Project management)
- TOEIC score of 860 or higher, JLPT N1
