  • Job Description

    1. Adjust and monitor electroplating equipment.
    2. Perform electroplating operations, applying precious metals or alloys to electronic components.
    3. Maintain electroplating tanks.
    4. Perform plating bath analysis and maintenance.
    5. Set up electroplating lines, plan production line flow, and maintain quality control.
    6. Process production line analysis reports and engineering test reports.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - At least 3 years of leadership experience in electroplating processes.
    - Knowledge or experience in barrel plating and/or reel-to-reel plating.
    - Experience performing analytical and process problem-solving in electroplating operations.
    - Proficient in relevant computer programs such as MS Office and ERP systems.

    Advantages:
    - Ability to communicate in English, Chinese, or Japanese.
