    Sales/Customer Support:
    - Answers inquiries from clients concerning products
    - Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients
    - Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepares contracts and submits orders
    - Periodically prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to manager
    Admin
    - GA and administration support
    - Visa work permit support
    - Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - Japanese N3
    - Experience as a Customer support, inside sales or related fields
    - At least 1 year of experience as a Customer support, inside sales or related fields
    - Willingness to perform administrative tasks

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level
