  • Job Description

    - Create the business plan to implement and incorporate customers' objectives, strategy, and the same ultimate Sales goal.
    - Responsible for the territory's annual budget and forecast.
    - Achieve the business objective through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
    - Motivation and monitoring distribution performance and taking timely action to drive continuous improvement.
    - Collaboration with other departments. For example, they collaborate with marketing to generate new lead sources and expand the target customer base, or with product and research teams to meet customer needs.
    - Monitoring the competitive activity and market trends and regularly reporting on those trends. Advise the executive leadership team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions.
    - Coaching, guidance, and training distributor team according to business plan to reach sales achievement.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, age not over 40 years old.
    - Bachelor’s degree up to in science, Animal Nutrition or Science in any field
    - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Technical Product and Marketing working experience in the same position is an advantage
    - Good understanding of customer behavior in feed mills
    - Analytical skill and leading with strategic thinking
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    - Good Problem-solving skill
    - Creativity skill and enable to make marketing material
    - Working well in a team
    - Good command of English in both written and verbal
    - Professional Presentation skills
    - Self-motivated with positive attitude
    - Computer Literacy in Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe illustrators and Internet Explorer Experience in marketing materials development and experimental design is preferred.
