• Job Description

  - Maintain software, hardware, and network system.
  - Organize in-house trainings for employee on new technologies.
  - Provide technical support to employees within the organization and perform necessary tasks to
  resolve IT related issues.
  - Coordinate with service provider.
  - Coordinate with overseas IT team in daily operations, including providing consultation and
  troubleshooting when issue arises.
  - Manage and monitor IT infrastructure such as networks, servers, and backup systems to ensure
  smooth operation.
  - Review and enhance data security measures to protect IT systems from cyberattacks.
  - Research for new know-how or technologies to develop and maintain the company’s computer
  system.
  - Maintain and manage IT assets.
  - Support the IT Manager in managing general IT tasks, including planning, installation,
  maintenance, and monitoring of the organization’s IT systems.
  - Assign jobs to other staff and monitor jobs progressive in IT section to achieve section’s KPI.
  - Assist in planning and executing various IT projects, including tracking progress and evaluating
  project outcomes.
  - Other jobs assigned by the manager.
