    1. Analysis and resolve the quality problems in the production process.
    2. Customer complaints/ Customer compliances
    3. Inspection the quality of product to meet the customer requirement
    4. Control New model, Drawing, ECN
    5. Control and follow up the result in the production process

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree or related engineering field
    - At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC in Metal Processing (metal part Manufacturing)
    - At least 1 year of experience at the Chief or Leader level
    - Able to read drawings, understanding the IATF 16949 system and ISO 14001

    *Tool: Calipers and dial gauges

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in the Automotive Industry
    - Knowledge in 8D report, Why Why Why analysis, and have problem skill
