• Job Description

  - Manage the product audit of Asia suppliers.
  - Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
  - Document the inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
  - Analyze quality plans and product specifications to identify and understand the requirements of the products.
  - Develop and maintain the quality plan and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Asia supplier quality control.
  - Ensure that all quality plan and SOPs are update.
  - Proactively monitor supplier performance and ensure timely follow-up on all quality improvement projects.
  - To improve or maintain QAFA score of Asia suppliers.
  - Conduct a factory audit to assess the compliance of the manufacturing process with the relevant standards.
  - Ensure that the factory and the process of Asia suppliers are compliance with the relevant standards.
  - Prepare and deliver a weekly and monthly report to the manager, summarizing the key findings and recommendations.
  - To improve or maintain QAFA score and the quality of the product of Asia suppliers.
  - Proactively track customer requirements and international standards, and provide timely updates to the team and Asia supplier.
  - Ensure that the quality system is update.
  - Ensure that all Asia suppliers have received and applied the latest customer requirements and international standards.
  - Regularly conduct studies and training on customer requirements and international standards.
  - Clearly understanding of customer requirements and international standards, and able to effectively communicate and apply these to suppliers.
  - Accomplish other tasks assigned by Asia Quality & Regulatory Manager
