Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Component(LWC) and other technologies
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems, including ERP and marketing automation systems by using Mulesoft or other ETL/ESB solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Communicative English (Level that it can interview with Japanese manager)
- 3+ years of experience with system development and customization using Java
- Experience in developing web applications, including both front-end and back-end development.

- Interest in solving customer business challenges as well as code development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Salesforce features and configuration.
- Experience developing with modern Javascript frameworks(React.js,Vue.js e.t.c.)
- Experience in using NoCode/LowCode and ProCode according to customer requirements
- Experience in developing web systems or implementing SaaS Packages.English Level
