経験ゼロから建築のプロに！日本の建築技術を支える施工管理のお仕事株式会社オープンハウス・アーキテクトは、木造の戸建建築を担う企業です。今回は戸建建築が円滑に進んでいくようにチームを管理する施工管理のポジションを募集いたします。専門知識や経験はまずは不要。一からトレーニングできる環境が充実しています。【入社後の流れ】まずは1～2ヵ月先輩と一緒に建築現場を回ってください。そこでどんな仕事をしているか、どんなことに気をつけているかを学んでください。慣れてきたら、一人で現場を担当。経験を積んでこれば、同時に複数のプロジェクトを担当する機会も。様々な建築に携わり日本建築のプロになってください。【一日の仕事の流れ】8：30現場に到着（自宅から直行することも多いです）9：00～15：00複数現場を回って進捗状況の確認。大工さんが安全に働けているか、工事は予定通りに進んでいるか、建物の質は守られているかなど現場の内容を細かくチェック。分からないことがあってもチャットでいつでも先輩に確認ができて安心。こまめな報告・相談が大切です。16：00オフィスに戻り書類の作成。現場の状況のレポートなど行ってください。18：00～19：00帰宅。どんなに忙しい人でも平均的には20時までに退社。プライベートも両立して勤務できます。【株式会社オープンハウス・アーキテクトについて】当社は、アサカワホームとして創業し、ディベロッパーからの受注を中心にシェアを拡大。長年の研究・実績に基づく独自のノウハウで高品質・低価格での住宅建築を実現。住宅業界に変革を起こしてきました。2015年には住宅大手のオープンハウスグループの一員となり、成長を加速。毎年130％の水準で売り上げを拡大しています。

給与：24万円～40万円（経験を考慮）
※ みなし残業50時間分を含む
