【仕事内容】海外営業部にてASEANへ向けて"電子基板"を販売して頂きますが、最初半年間は先輩社員に付いてもらいながら、基本的な知識の習得からお客様訪問まで一通り覚えて頂きます。- 主に海外の日系企業への電子基板の営業既製品を売るのではなく、お客様がデザインした図面を工場と3者間で折衷しながら、限られた予算内で図面がしっかり"カタチ"になるかを検証し、工程、納期、支払まで追う仕事です。- 将来的に新規開拓も担当して頂きますが、まずは既存のお客様担当から実務を覚えて頂きます。(現在新規開拓は、在籍する日本人マネージャー2名が行っていますが、後世の育成の為、徐々に新規もお任せ致します。)- 必要に応じて出張も発生します(3ヶ月に1回程度を想定しています)

* Marketing Management- Acknowledge and / or work with supervisors to set annual Marketing Objectives and Strategies to use as guidelines in preparing the Marketing Plan for the following year.- Create a marketing plan to serve as a guideline for project management for the team.* Product Design- Meet with customers to learn about new projects. and maintain relationships with existing customers- Determine the concept of the work to be designed by studying the necessary content information as a guideline in determining appropriate display formats and techniques under specified conditions or limitations, such as cost budgets and customer needs. etc.- Conduct design competitions and bidding to obtain designs and prices that are appropriate and satisfactory to customers.- Supervise and coordinate with designers to produce works according to the design including various details and complete within the budget and time specified.* Project Management- Set project goals for those in command to plan further action .- Plan management, carry out, and control work or projects under your responsibility to achieve goals as agreed with customers within the cost budget, quality (Quality Plan) and time specified.- Prepare and / or supervise the preparation of Cost Sheets by coordinating with all relevant parties such as Operation Center/Supplier - Supervise and approve the preparation of presentations for customers including other documents related ( such as detailed Cost Sheet / Quotation/ Job Card/ Post Show Report/ ISO 9001:2015 etc. ) prepared by Senior Project Executive or Project Executive

- Supporting the sales team onside at customer projects based on a request set by sales, approved with the Head of Technical Solution Engineer (TSE) local and aligned Head of TSE of the BU in Asia Pacific- Responsible to evaluate the necessary technical support by project, do the required application test in the local CSC to support the customer and the sales team for qualifying and/or developing the best solution, raising Leap requested if test cannot be done locally in alignment with the region Head of TSE.- Interpretation and validation for test results as well as preparing the suitable presentation on results and proposed next steps for the sales team or to the customer directly.- Communication with customers to gather the necessary technical information for process and application.- Training and qualification of sales teams to develop the required technical sales skills and keep those up to date based on the newest development of the BU and or the market trends.- Training customers by seminars, Tech Days or participation in trade shows to support and develop the company's brand awareness and a partner for solution design and innovation
