- Serve as Lead Engineer for IT equipment and software during shifts.- Manage application servers, data centers, and the baggage handling systems network.- Ensure the upkeep of IT infrastructure across the entire baggage handling systems.- Monitor and inspect the operational status of servers and workstations, ensuring both software and hardware components function smoothly.- Support during live operations in all IT-related matters, proactively preventing IT issues and diagnosing any problems that arise during operation.- Report issues, analyze root causes, and take corrective actions within the scope of responsibilities while preparing performance reports for the manager.- Diagnose and resolve first-level IT system, Network and/or software issues, escalating when necessary.- Drive continuous improvement efforts within the project scope.- Carry out preventive maintenance on industrial control system servers, related system, and IT components.- Conduct data backups, including operational data, program configurations, log files, and other critical information as assigned by the manager.
