工作内容
- Retrieve customer orders from the customer emails or web portals.
- Verify that customers’ purchase orders are tally with quotation generated by Sales.
- Attend to any discrepancies / deviations / concerns pertaining to customer Purchase Order.
- Ensure customers’ orders meet existing internal business model, product MOQs, delivery cost, material MOQ and etc.
- Process Sales orders, check stock availability via the SAP system, and liaise with production planner or purchaser to derive delivery dates.
- Provide order acknowledgement to customers and advise delivery date to customers within the targeted timeframe.
- Follow up on customer orders and update customer of order status as and when necessary.
- Expedite delivery when the need arises.
- Manage / liaise first level issues / enquiries (partial deliveries, lead time etc.) with customers.
- Attend to inquiries, claims, complaints / feedback and return goods from customers through phone calls / emails.
- Monitor customer’s hub inventory and replenish stock when necessary for all consignment shipments.
- Reconcile customer’s hub inventory against BRADY system during month end and bill customers.
- Manage customer forecast and update in SAP system if necessary.
- Follow-up with credit and collection (C&C) department for credit hold release for customers’ orders.
- Assist C&C in resolving payment / collection issues by working closely with the customers.
- Maintain proper customer purchase order records.
- Participate in Continuous Improvements and Kaizen initiatives.
- Prepare & generate relevant reports for key performance monitoring purposes.
- The above responsibilities are not exhaustive and other related duties may be added from time to time.
资格
应征条件
【Must】
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 4 - 5 years customer service working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Good written & spoken English
- Good telephone manners
- Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, e-mails and business system applications英文
