  - Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards.
  - Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement.
  - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
  - Manage documentation and records related to quality processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  - Provide training and support to staff on quality management principles and practices.
  - Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS)
  - Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies and customer requirements.
  - Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate.
  - Ensure corrective actions are undertaken properly.
  - Training of internal auditors (in the future)
  - Other duties as requested.
