  - Spread company vision and policy to other employees and build good teamwork and smooth communication, among employees and between Japanese and Thai staff.
  - Confirm and respond to follow law to ensure full legal compliance
  - Recruitment and training for new employees
  - Establish company rule, regulation, allowance, agreement, etc.
  - Close relationship with other Dept. and consider the way to make company better

  - Expand to Accoung job, if wish, and cover all Admin jobs
  - Respond to acquire ISO certification
  - Manage company
  Ex) set annual target, budget, action plan, analysis and countermeasure etc.
