Our client is an ultra-luxury tour operator specializing exclusively in bespoke travel experiences across Asia. The company crafts high-end travel arrangements for discerning travelers across 38 Asian destinations, ensuring flawless execution behind the scenes.The Travel Consultant will work closely with the Sales team (New York), Product team, Customer Service, and international partners to deliver exceptional travel experiences.Key Responsibilities:Trip Coordination- Manage confirmed bookings by liaising with hotels, ryokans, guides, restaurants, and transportation providers.- Ensure all travel details are executed seamlessly and meet luxury service standards.Vendor Communication- Act as the primary contact for suppliers to confirm services, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.Quotations & Revisions- Prepare accurate cost quotations for new travel requests.- Update pricing for revised itineraries and changes requested by clients.Reservations & Bookings- Handle all booking arrangements, including accommodations, transport, dining, activities, and special requests.Financial Tracking- Monitor payment deadlines and coordinate with Finance.- Ensure trip financials are accurate and aligned with internal systems.(Finance team processes the actual payments.)Cross-Department Collaboration- Collaborate with the Product team for vendor information, Sales for client requirements, and Customer Service for trip execution.Issue Flagging- Apply judgment and common sense to identify risks or disadvantages in partner offers or logistics

Business Development & Partnership Management- Identify and establish partnerships with new international co-agents, including markets across Asia and Europe- Maintain strong relationships with overseas travel agencies, tour operators, and online distributors- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and long-term collaborations2. Inbound Product Development- Develop, design, and update inbound tour packages tailored to international markets- Monitor inbound tourism trends, customer preferences, and market demands- Ensure product competitiveness and alignment with global travel expectations3. Online Distribution & Digital Marketing- Collaborate with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Klook, KKday, Trip.com, Viator, Traveloka- Manage product listings and bookings across online platforms- Promote inbound products through digital channels and social media4. Sales Operations & Booking Management- Manage inbound bookings received via online distributors, company websites, and social media channels- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery- Monitor booking performance and provide regular sales reports5. Networking & Supplier Coordination- Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, tour operators, and service providers- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand inbound product offerings
