• 仕事内容

  1. Interpretation and Translation:
  - Provide interpretation in Thai-Japanese-English for internal meetings, business meetings, conferences, seminars, and other business
  events.
  - Translate documents in Thai-Japanese-English for emails, contracts, corporate documents, presentation materials and other written communications to facilitate effective cross-cultural communication within the organization.
  - Liaise between HQ in Japan and employees in Thailand office to facilitate communication.
  
  2. Executive Support and Secretarial Duties:
  - Manage the MD's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient time management.
  - Organize, create, and securely store all documents with a strong emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
  - Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate scheduling, and arrange venues for meetings.
  - Provide comprehensive support during meetings, including taking minutes in English and following up on action items.
  - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  - Communicate effectively in English through emails and chat platforms for internal and external correspondence.
