  New Installation and Modernization Sales Manager
  1. New and Modernization elevator sales
  
  − Execute company’s sales strategy and implement operational sales policy.
  − Manager and supervise the daily operation of sales
  − Develop and maintain the relationship with customers, particularly with key accounts.
  − Supervisor and help sales staff to meet and exceed set team sales quotas
  − Verify each sales contract in terms of the gross margin, total value, payment term.
  − Review sales reports and analyses key indicators monthly and take effective measures to achieve established targets.
  − Control and monitor the collection status and ensure the timely collection from customers.
  − Maintain good relationship government functional department
  − Maintain the good Image of the company.
  
  2. Daily Management
  − Ensure safety in the operation that meets Corporate and country's applicable safety legal and other requirements.
  − Ensure the thorough implementation of safety management system
  − Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
  − Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
  
  3. Other tasks assigned by Branch Manager
  HR
  − Optimize department structure, assist HR department to implement staff adjustment.
  − Assist HR department to train sales staff, stimulate and review sales staff.
  − Annually appraise all sales staff and recommend review of salary package
  
  ** General
  − Comply with Branch GM and HQ requirement for budgeting, reporting and strategic planning.
  − Participate in financial and operations performance reviews when required
