Job Description

- Responsible for all day-to-day operations of all boutiques, including but not limited to manpower planning and control, in-store visual and display control and maintenance, housekeeping standards, and other day-to-day operational issues.- Responsible for ensuring smooth operational procedures and strict adherence to operations SOP by all boutiques.- Manage and process watch orders with all brands.- Manage and process accessories and visual merchandising orders with all brands except one specific brand.- Ensure coordination among operations, marketing team, and front-line staff to align with brand guidelines and SOP.- Ensure all boutiques are sufficiently staffed and that duty schedules are planned properly and executed according to requirements.- Prepare memos by management instruction and send them out to shops.- Monitor sales targets and commission schemes.- Coordinate mystery shopper activities.- Staff development and training.- SOP monitoring.- Security.- Shop renovation.- Monitor customer repair service.- Any other operational and sales-related duties as and when assigned.
