Good managed the system of environments such as waste water system, dust collector, exhaust6. Implement production plans through subordinates, ensure that utilization of manpower, machine, and equipment are optimized.7. Improve productivity, yield, quality, cost. Develop the processing lines by developing the automatic machines to increase productivity.8. Quality awareness and utilization of quality systems for ensuring that the products meet customer specification standards. Educate and monitor subordinates to handle RBA requirements, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and NCOT energy management policy.9. Performs related work as required.10. Improvement activity and presentation.11. Follow Company policy meeting and support activity.12. Provide Education to improve skill of subordinate.13. Follow Up subordinate about company rules & regulation and take disciplinary action.14. Educate and monitor subordinate to handle 5S, ISO Management.
