  • Job Description

    - Plan, control, monitor, and approve the operations within the department to ensure the goals are achieved
    - Resolve problems and provide guidance to subordinates, as well as cooperate and coordinate with other departments or teams to ensure smooth operations
    - Plan activities to improve quality
    - Define methods and activities for quality improvement
    - Collaborate with the production and other supporting departments to address quality issues
    - Monitor and follow up on the progress of quality problem-solving actions
    - Set work goals for the department and monitor, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to the team
    - Prepare reports on quality defects for customers
    - Handle customer audits and comply with the IATF16949 system

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Science, or a related field.
    - At least 7 years of experience in quality control within the automotive manufacturing industry, specifically in Die Casting
    - Strong understanding of quality standards and management systems such as ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF 16949
    - Familiarity with Core Tools under the IATF16949 system
    - Knowledge of problem-solving tools such as Fishbone Diagram (ผังก้างปลา), 5 Whys, FAT, etc.
    - Quality control and assurance of products/raw materials
    - Ability to read drawings
    - Knowledge of measurement tools and testing equipment
    - Ability to work well in a team, with strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills
    - Good communication and presentation skills, with leadership qualities
