    【Job Summary】
    ◇As R&D engineer(Leader)
    - Start process design from the advanced development stage.
    - Clarify manufacturing requirements
    - Prepare process design documents
    - Execution of mass production start-up operations
    - Creation of M-BOM/BOP/Monozukuri Sheet

    ◇As a bridge engineer
    - Prepare appropriate documents in English for outsourcing design to India.
    *Regular face-to-face meetings are required, so business trip to India several times a year will be necessary.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Good command of English (Business Lv Up)
    - Experience as R&D engineer(Automotive, Home Appliances, Air conditioner related) at least 2 years
    - Experience in structure design or industrial design
