    ‐ Management of the entire factory (profit and loss control, production control, process control, quality control)
    - Management of about 13 people including workers
    - Preparing and reporting various reports (to the head office in Japan)
    - Emergency response to problems

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Degree in any relevant field
    - Minimum 5 years experience in production engineering, equipment maintenance, production control, or general factory management in the manufacturing industry
    - Management experience in the manufacturing industry
    - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
    - Good command of English

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in furniture, sewing, and automobile seat manufacturing is especially welcome
    - Proficient with computer skills
