  • Job Description

    -Manage and develop the quality management system to meet standards and laws.
    -Plan the QA budget and ensure continuous improvement.
    -Set goals and KPIs for QA and QC departments.
    -Supervise and evaluate staff performance, ensuring compliance with policies.
    -Select, train, and develop QA staff.
    -Approve training plans and ensure necessary lab resources for testing.
    -Define and approve testing guidelines for materials and products.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Must to have:
    - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy with a professional license
    - Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in pharmaceutical manufacturing
    - Proficiency in GMP/PICS standards
    - Strong knowledge of raw material and product analysis methods
    - Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and laboratory safety standards

    Advantages:
    - Experience in laboratory management systems and related international standards
    - In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
    - Expertise in quality control systems for pharmaceutical production
