  Cloud Solution for Carbon Emission Visualization
  
  [Responsibilities]
  As a Consultant (Customer Support + Consulting), you will be responsible for the followings:
  
  ・Responsible for client relationships as well as the other regions.
  ・Onboard to and navigate clients through carbon accounting, using Asuene platform, and support clients on sustainability reporting, based on the scope of services defined by the company.
  ・Build an internal guideline & framework of consultation process in Thailand. (onboarding, actions items, ppt materials, etc.)
  ・Plan and engage in webinars, seminars, exhibitions, and other events for the company’s business expansion; webinar speaker role would also be your assignment occasionally.
  ・Contribute to SaaS product improvement such as data clean up, UI update recommendations, and emission factors database update.
  ・Be self-driven and cross-functionally collaborate with colleagues in different office locations, sometimes beyond your job scope.
