    [Business] Processing Meat
    [Factory size] 800 people
    Products are Fully Cooked Chicken Meat , Fried Chicken, Karaage, Bone-in Chicken, Wing etc.

    - Set target, work plan and handle production activity base on KPI.
    - Manage workforce according to production line and production plan.
    - Analyze production process to determine improvement point to increase productivity and minimize loss in process.
    - Set KPI for production team regarding company KPI.
    - Coordinate with related departments to provide on time production regarding plan.
    - Follow up production report and inform Plant General Manager regularly.
    - Other tasks/projects assigned by Plant General Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor degree major in food science/ food technology/ food engineer or related field.
    - Experience 6-8 years in production or plant management in a food plant
    - Can manage staff 400-500 persons.
    - Good command of English
    - Can work night shift
    - Driving license

    【Advantage】
    - Work experience with chicken further processing will be advantage
    - Problem analysis and corrective action in production process
    - Decision making and problems solving skills
    - PC literate
